Mommy and Me Yoga

A joyful and nurturing space designed for moms and their little ones.

This class blends gentle yoga, playful movement, and mindful moments to support both parent and child. For moms, the practice focuses on rebuilding strength, improving flexibility, and relieving tension especially in areas like the back, shoulders, and hips. It’s also a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and reset both physically and mentally.

For children, yoga is introduced through fun, imaginative movement, music, and simple poses that help develop coordination, balance, and body awareness. It also encourages emotional regulation, focus, and confidence in a supportive, engaging environment.

Together, you’ll share meaningful bonding time, strengthening your connection through movement, touch, and presence.

No prior yoga experience is needed. This class is open to all levels and designed to be relaxed, welcoming, and full of lighthearted moments. Come as you are, and enjoy a special time to connect, move, and grow together.
