CLASS SCHEDULE
Yin Yoga to Sound Bath
with Brittany Sharp
SUN JUL 12, 6 - 7:30 PM MST (SUN JUL 12, 6 - 7:30 PM MST)

This class is designed to gently guide you out of the fast pace of daily life and into a slower, more restorative state. We begin with Yin Yoga, a meditative practice that focuses on long-held, supported postures targeting the body’s deeper connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments, and joints. By holding poses for several minutes, Yin Yoga encourages increased flexibility, improved joint mobility, and the release of stored tension. Beyond the physical, it also supports the nervous system by shifting the body into a parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) state, helping to reduce stress, calm the mind, and cultivate mindfulness.

From this place of openness, you’ll transition into a guided sound bath. Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant tones, the sound bath works on a vibrational level to promote deep relaxation. These frequencies can help quiet mental chatter, support emotional release, and encourage a meditative, almost dream-like state. Many people experience improved sleep, reduced anxiety, and an overall sense of balance after sound healing.

Together, Yin Yoga and sound create a powerful synergy—relaxing the body, soothing the mind, and restoring energetic flow.

This class is suitable for all levels. Whether you’re looking to release physical tension, reset mentally, or simply carve out time to rest, this is your invitation to slow down and reconnect.
